Twilight: Bella Swan's House

I finally have DSL, and I thought I would celebrate by finally posting a new house.  I did the best I could on the floorplan and decorations within the limits of building in The Sims 2, and the custom content I have.  I had to watch a lot of Twilight and New Moon, but I enjoyed it. ;)

The New Moon movie added the bay window on the side of the house as part of Bella's bedroom, although it really doesn't work with the floor plan for that to be a part of her room unless hers is the only upstairs room. In my version, the bay window is in Charlie's bedroom.  The most important window for Bella is the front window, the one that Edward frequently climbs through.  Of course, Jacob also climbed through once in New Moon.

Here is a night view of the house.

The upstairs floor plan.

The downstairs floor plan.  There was extra room downstairs for another room, so I added a den for Charlie for watching sports on a widescreen TV.

The fake garage.

Bella's bedroom.

Another view of her bedroom.

Yet another view of her bedroom, looking out the front window.

How I imagine Charlie's bedroom.

The kitchen.

Living room.

Dining room.

Inside the fake garage.  I put in a lot of baby girl stuff, as Charlie in the books never changes his house, and  probably would have kept all of Bella's outgrown toys, etc.  This space is not accessible to sims.

I used a roof recolor by Neveah223 in my pictures. It doesn't package with the house, so I will include it as a separate download here.

*Update 8/2/10: Oops, I forgot to add that the Grand Trianon Floor Mirror is not included in this lot, but is required to be in your downloads folder so your game can have the textures for the kitchen cabinets and desk hutch from the Grand Trianon set.  The floor mirror is available as a separate download (choose the download tab), and choose the file that says "MUST-HAVE" next to it.

Requires All EPs + Mansion & Garden

Requirements note: I also have Family Fun and Celebration SP's, although those may not required, especially if you install the house with Sims2Pack Clean Installer.

Wow -- really nice job! I've been watching/rewatching all three movies lately just trying to get the floor plan down in my head, but I think you nailed it here. Thank you!

Thank you so much, catslick! :) I really enjoyed building Bella's house. It's probably not exactly the floor plan, but it was the best I could do with the limits of the game.
